The ticket is personal (nominal). Transfers of ownership will be accepted up to 72 (seventy-two) hours before the start time of the event and must be made by the holder of the purchase through the Sympla platform.
In case of regret regarding the purchase, the refund of the ticket value will only be made if the request is made within a maximum period of 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase and provided that the refund request is made no more than 7 (seven) days before the start time of the event. This request must be made by the holder of the purchase via email to metadesign.aim@gmail.com
If you have not received the ticket (or registration) in your email, you can access it at any time through the Sympla app, available on the App Store or Play Store (www.sympla.com.br/app), on the Sympla website (“My orders” menu), or by contacting the email address participar@sympla.com.br.

Yes, the certificate will be sent by email after the event. Alternatively, the certificate can be downloaded via the Sympla platform (see instructions).
Yes. Installments are available through our payment partners on major credit cards and in up to 12 installments, depending on the amount.
To find out the maximum number of installments allowed in your case, you must enter your card number in the Payment step, during the purchase process, so that the system identifies the card brand and updates the installment field.
We do not offer promotional tickets for students, since, by law, entertainment venues or establishments that hold musical, artistic, circus, theatrical, cinematic shows, social, recreational, cultural activities, sports venues and any other places that provide leisure, culture and entertainment, such as dance clubs, bars, shows, sports stadiums, amusement parks, theaters and museums, are subject to half-price tickets.
